Most recently, he served as President of health systems at Teladoc Health, where he was responsible for the strategic direction, capabilities, and product development for the organization’s SaaS service offerings to health systems, insurance companies, self-funded employers, retail clinics, and physician groups. Under his direction, Teladoc Health achieved exponential growth in the health systems market, scaling from internal start-up to multibillion-dollar enterprise value within five years.
Dr. Roga is a fellow of the American College of Emergency Physicians and a diplomate of the American Board of Emergency Medicine. He holds a medical degree from the Renaissance School of Medicine at Stony Brook University and a bachelor’s degree from the State University of New York at Albany.

Chief Technology and Product Officer, Co-Founder
Shaung leads all aspects of product and technology development at TruLite Health. He has over thirty years of enterprise software development and leadership experience, including five successful start-ups and ten years in healthcare technology companies.

Recently, Shaung was the Chief Technology and Product Officer, System Senior Vice President for CommonSpirit Health, the nation’s largest not-for-profit health system. While at CommonSpirit, Shaung was responsible for all aspects of product innovation and development as well as the future direction for technology architecture. Prior to CommonSpirit Health, Shaung served as the Chief Technology Officer of the Hospital and Health Systems division of Teladoc Health.
Shaung holds both Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Computer Systems Engineering from Arizona State University and has served as a technical advisor for several start-ups.

John Barravecchia
Chief Financial Officer
John leads all aspects of finance and human resources at TruLite Health. John has over 40 years of diverse experience in business and finance. John served as Chief Financial Officer of Stat Health Inc, which was purchased by Teladoc in 2016. He is the former Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer, and Chief Investment Officer for General Electric-Franchise Finance and was responsible for all finance functions for the business with over $14B in assets under management.

Prior to GE, he was the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Franchise Finance Corporation of America (FFCA) and was part of the team that took FFCA from a start-up company to a NYSE listed publicly traded company and ultimately sold to General Electric Capital. Before joining FFCA, he was associated with the national public accounting firm of Arthur Andersen & Co.
John has served on public company corporate boards and as a Board Member and Treasurer of Special Olympics Arizona.

Kiran Ubriani, MD
Vice President, Clinical Product
Dr. Kiran Ubriani leads the delivery of TruLite Health’s high-quality health equity clinical management platform. Levering her experience in clinical informatics and product development, she oversees the clinical and operational aspects of the content and decision-support development and implementation.

Dr. Ubriani is board certified in Endocrinology & Metabolism. After several years in clinical practice, she has spent the last ten-plus years working in health information technology. She is passionate about using technology to address unmet healthcare needs and has a proven track record of designing and implementing population health and clinical decision support products for companies such as HealthReveal, CVS Caremark, and ActiveHealth.
She earned her BA in biology at Wellesley College. A graduate of the medical school at the State University of New York Syracuse, Dr. Ubriani did her residency in internal medicine and pediatrics at the Medical College of Virginia, followed by a fellowship in endocrinology and metabolism at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center.

Kevin Gralen
Vice President, Strategy
Kevin leads the development of corporate strategy, commercial operations, and marketing. His career includes over thirty years of executive experience in sales, marketing, business development, operations, and general management within software and technology companies.

Recently, Kevin was the Vice-President of Product Operations at Teladoc Health. He was responsible for service line operations, optimization and scale of the telehealth platform, and provider training across all service lines. He had previously been a partner in a mid-market turnaround consultancy and a serial leader in eight start-up companies.
Kevin received his Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the University of Missouri and attended Stanford’s Executive Institute for High-Growth Technology companies. He is a founding Advisory Board member for the Entrepreneurship Alliance at the University of Missouri’s College of Business.
