Tempe, Ariz., (March 20, 2023) – TruLite Health is excited to be one of nine international startups selected to participate in the 2023 Mayo Clinic and ASU MedTech Accelerator Program.
The MedTech Accelerator is a flagship program of the Mayo Clinic and Arizona State University Alliance for Health Care, providing early-stage medical device and health care technology companies with an entrepreneurial curriculum and personalized business development plans to accelerate go-to-market and investment possibilities.
TruLite Health’s unique platform approach to addressing Health Equity will benefit from collaborating with expert clinicians and business innovators from Mayo Clinic and ASU. “This is an amazing milestone to be chosen to participate in such a select program uniquely designed for healthcare innovators,” said Alan Roga, MD, and TruLite Health CEO. “The timing couldn’t be better as health equity is a top priority for health care organizations and to leverage the program’s deep resources to fuel our mission to address clinical bias at the point of care.”
Health Equity has been an issue for decades and traditional socially focused solutions have not improved outcomes or economics for patients, providers, or health systems. TruLite looks to leverage the MedTech Accelerator to enhance our patient and provider experience, improve the market’s accessibility to our actionable health equity database and validate the impact of health equity coaching for diverse populations.
The Mayo Clinic is a world leader in patient care, education, and research. One of the fastest-growing research universities in the U.S., ASU has repeatedly been ranked as the #1 university for innovation in the country.
