TruLite Health announces the approval of its EMR workflow integration and available application distribution with Epic Systems via its Vendor Services program.
Addressing systemic clinical bias at the point of care is the core mission of TruLite Health, and integrating into the largest EMR software provider is critical to scaling TruLite’s ability to impact patient care and improve patient outcomes. TruLite engaged with the Epic Systems specifications early in the platform’s development process to optimize the delivery of this unique health equity solution, validate that it conforms to integration standards, delivers a seamless workflow experience to care teams, and provides patients with health equity education within the Epic patient portal.
“We’ve architected our solution to work within all EMR environments but validating with Epic Systems is a milestone for us since their EMR is used by so many large health systems,” said Shaung Liu, TruLite Health’s CTO. “Our work within the Vendor Services process has provided a highly collaborative environment for us to test and validate the impact of our health equity platform on patient care.” The initial client pilot deployment is complete and validated the functionality of the integration effort.
The application will be easily discovered and enabled by TruLite clients’ Epic administrators through the Vendor Services program. The Epic EMR integration is immediately available on TruLite Health’s TruityTM platform.
